Robert’s Steakhouse, the new gourmet restaurant inside Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort, recently opened its doors.

It is one of the most beautiful steakhouses in Atlantic City, and the food is wowing people even though it just opened. General Manager Robert Grabowski, Executive Chef Will Savarese and Robert’s owners are showing that Robert’s, which has two locations in New York, will certainly be a restaurant to be reckoned with in Atlantic City.

The 8,000 square-foot steakhouse accommodates about 200 guests in its swank yet masculine dining room and hip, modern lounge.

As expected, it’s the steaks that have people buzzing. That because they are dry-aged in-house for six weeks and broiled at 1,800 degrees, seasoned with top-shelf olive oil and fresh herbs.

The steakhouse also offers amazing sauces, sides and other dishes ranging from Asian-style tuna tartar ($24) with quail egg and sourdough to Robert’s burger ($29) on a ciabatta roll with everything fries coated with sesame seeds, garlic, poppy seeds and more served with smoked paprika aioli; to amazing desserts.

Atlantic City Insiders will be featuring the restaurant soon, so please check throughout December. Robert’s is open Mondays to Saturdays. Call 855-500-ROBERTS or go to
