There are area Halloween thrillers - and then there is the classic "Thriller." Just about everyone is getting in on the Halloween fun this month in southern New Jersey, including the stars of "Legends in Concert" at Bally's Atlantic City.

The popular impersonator show, while offering other tributes, presents its take on a Halloween hit, Michael Jackson's "Thriller," complete with dancing zombies. Through Sunday, Nov. 18, the concert billed as "the world's greatest live tribute show" also will feature high-energy tributes to Lady Gaga, Steven Tyler, Elvis Presley and Donna Summer.

Performances take place 8 p.m. Sundays and Tuesdays through Fridays, as well as 7:30 and 10 p.m. Saturdays. A special matinee takes place 3 p.m. Wednesdays.

Tickets are $32.50 for adults and $16.25 for children. To order tickets, go to www.ballysac.com.

Below is a roundup of other Halloween events:

Free 'Dracula' ballet at Resorts in A.C.

Audiences can get into the spirit of Halloween one day early with a free performance of Atlantic City Ballet's "Dracula" 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Resorts Casino Hotel's Superstar Theater. Atlantic City Ballet Artistic Director Phyllis Papa choreographed the ballet, which premiered in Fall 2006, and is based on the story of Bram Stoker's "Dracula." Ticket vouchers for the show can be picked up at the box office at Resorts. Go to www.acballet.org.

Halloween Fun at Atlantic City Aquarium

The Atlantic City Aquarium will feature a scary animal show on Saturday, and a costumed dive show on Sunday, both at 11 a.m. The Exotic Animal Show, Halloween edition, features the Aquarium's scarier inhabitants, such as the tarantula, the six-foot long boa constrictor or one of Africa's largest tortoises, the Sulcata Tortoise. The Live Diver Feeding Show, Halloween edition, features the Avengers - Incredible Hulk and Iron Man - diving in the 25,000-gallon "Fish of the Mid-Atlantic" tank. The audience can watch and interact with the Avengers as they hand-feed cownose rays and other tank residents. Kids who come in costume will get a spooky surprise, and also will be able to decorate and take home a small pumpkin.

The Atlantic City Aquarium is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and $5 for children ages 4 to 12. Children 3 and under are free. The aquarium is located in Atlantic City's Historic Gardner's Basin. Call 609-348-2880 or go to www.acaquarium.com.

Absecon Lighthouse haunted tours

Do you want to discover if Absecon Lighthouse is home to ghostly keepers that still watch over the shore in Atlantic City? Did the Jersey Devil pay a visit in 1909? Come visit the Absecon Lighthouse to hear the "true" ghost stories that prompted a visit from SyFy's Ghost Hunters. Guided tours of grounds and tower will take place at 5, 6, 7 and 8 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $20. Refreshments will be provided. Call 609-449-1360.
