New Jersey’s Tall Ship, the A.J. Meerwald, has sailed into Atlantic City.

The authentically restored 1928 Delaware bay oyster schooner will offer cruises daily from Gardner’s Basin through Sunday, July 29.

Boat enthusiasts, who are allowed to bring food and beverages on the boat, are invited to sail aboard the ship or check it out while it’s docked. The public sails last more than two hours and offer a scenic trip around the area as its crew also educates passengers about the sailboat.

Themed sails include trawling for marine life while learning about what lives in local waters on the Marine Critter Sail on Saturday, while the Pirate Sail offers costumed fun for buccaneers on Sunday.
