BBs Burgers & Beers, one of the best burger bars in the city, is one of the best-kept secrets in town, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays for its Blues Entertainment Series 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. every week.

The Atlantic Club Casino Hotel’s gorgeous burger bar, which features plush seating, hardwood floors, huge flat-screen TVs, a nice beer selection and great angus steak burgers that start around 5 bucks, has been featuring a rotating roster of awesome blues musicians every week.

This month’s schedule is impressive, with a rotating schedule of accomplished blues artists that includes Jamie McLean for the next three weeks, and 17-year old blues phenom Myles Mancuso ending the month with his skills.

McLean has three albums under his belt and has toured with everyone from Gregg Allman to Gov’t Mule, while Mancuso — known as Mojo — is a prodigy who can lay down some mean guitar and keyboards, while also singing. True Fire named him one of the Top 10 guitar prodigies in the world; he has been performing professionally since he was 10 years old.

BBs is open noon to 1 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and noon to 10 p.m. Sundays. You can also catch its great happy hour twice a day — 5 to 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight — with $5 Absolut Martinis, $5 wines by the glass, $2 domestic bottles and drafts, $3 import bottles and $2 featured shooters.
